As I’ve mentioned a couple of times recently, I’m in the midst of a really stressful project at work. In general, I’m feeling over-committed and over-tired. I’ve been saying for a few days that something has to give, but it’s hard to decide what to let go of because I really enjoy everything that I do.
Tonight it occurred to me that it doesn’t have to be all or nothing.
I’ve decided to be gentle with myself and give myself a break for a few days from posting on The Journal. I’ll talk with you all again sometime next week – when hopefully I’ll be back to bright eyes and a bushy tail.
