Something that I see over and over with friends, family and clients is how hard it is for us to give ourselves the credit we deserve. We no longer have a good sense of the line between acknowledging ourselves and bragging. So this week, let’s practice!
I’ve created a “Celebration Certificate” to help you with this practice and you can download it by clicking here. Each night, print five of these certificates and fill them out. Place them in a folder or a three-ring binder so they stay together.
In just one week, you’ll have 35 things that you can celebrate yourself for…and after a month you’ll have 150!!! When was the last time you had 150 things to celebrate yourself for?
